A written test is required for an initial taxi driving permit or if your taxi driving permit is expired. The test consists of rules of the road, County Code Chapter 18, Article 2 and places. We require a traffic and criminal abstract dated within 30 days of application, 2 - 2x2 (passport size) photographs and the blue card medical report or DOT Certificate of Medical Examination.

Taxicab inspections are required annually during the month of June.

To renew your taxi driving permit, we require a traffic and criminal abstract issued within 30 days of date of application, 2 passport type photographs, and medical report

Two - 2x2 (passport size) photographs are required for a duplicate permit.
